  • Candidates having 3 to 4 years of experience in multi-storied building construction are required to send in their detailed resume with valid credentials.
  • The candidate should have techno-commercial skills, leadership qualities to manage a large workforce and should have sound knowledge of Building finishes.
  • He/she should have the qualities of a go-getter and maintain high-quality standards. Sound knowledge of interpreting drawings for execution is a must.
  • Selected candidates will have to write a preliminary test before the actual recruitment process.
  • Candidates having a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in multi-storied building construction are required to send in their detailed resume with valid credentials.
  • The candidate should possess hands-on experience with software such as MS-Projects, Primavera, A-Cad, and Excel. Knowledge of Costing, Budgeting and Rate Analysis is a prerequisite.
  • The candidate should possess knowledge of market rates for various items of work. Sound knowledge in the material used for construction is an added advantage.

  • The candidate should have sufficient knowledge of safety procedures deployed in multi-storied building construction and should be able to lead a team of safety officers.
  • The candidate should possess the talent for maintaining a large workforce and facilities such as Labour camps, Health and Hygiene, Housekeeping, recycling of materials, and safety of plant and machinery deployed at the construction sites.
  • Certification/knowledge in OHSAS / ISO 9000 is a prerequisite.
  • Candidates having proficient knowledge of Sales in real estate are required to send in their detailed resume with qualifications and should indicate years of experience and references.
  • The candidate should possess knowledge of the prevailing market scenario and should be a go-getter in converting potential customers.
  • The candidate should possess the skill of convincing a lead into a sale and guide the customer through the life of the entire sale process.
  • After-Sales support is a prerequisite.
  • The candidate should be proficient in maintaining a strong database of sales and customers. Connecting to the local market agents and generating leads is a requirement.
  • Candidates with Financial Qualifications are preferred.
